When it was already certain that Sreten Jocić, better known as Joca Amsterdam, after serving a three-year prison sentence in the Netherlands, would be handed over to our authorities, inspector Jan de Wis arrived from the Ministry of Justice in the Netherlands to visit the Special Department of the District Court in Belgrade in charge of suppression of organized crime (Special Court).
